I started in real estate many years ago, while working full time in the advertising industry. I obtained my real estate license in 2014, with the sole intention being to purchase an investment property for myself as a long term investment. I wanted to learn, have more control, and had been off put by my pervious experiences dealing with realtors. My first transaction as a licensed realtor was my own 4-unit apartment building.
